Henry Anderson explains his departure from the Panthers in the National Football League

According to the Associated Press, South Carolina Panthers player Henry Anderson revealed that his removal from the team was due to a stroke he had in October of this year and which led him to stay in the hospital for a few days. One of the symptoms was numbness in the legs after training.

“I didn’t know much about strokes, but I found out more about them and realized I was very lucky to avoid something serious and long term. I’m glad I didn’t realize when that happened, because I would have been a little more panicked if I’d realized what was happening. But like I said, I got really lucky,” said Henry Anderson.

Currently, the player is fine, but there is still no further information on what caused the stroke. In his career, Henry Anderson has played for the New England Patriots, Indianapolis Colts and New York Jets.
