The last call for alcohol would change from 5am to 2am in the southernmost part of town, including Story, a 2,000-square-foot neon-lit club on Collins Avenue opened 10 years ago by entrepreneur Dave Grutman.

But it might not be a big problem. Story, the sister venue to the famous LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel, will likely take legal action to stop the change from taking effect, as it successfully did last March when Miami Beach tried to implement a reversal to 2am during spring break.
