No vaccine: Novak Djokovic seeks authorization to enter the United States

The country only accepts people who are vaccinated against Covid-19

During a press conference in Belgrade, Serbia, Novak Djokovic reported that he has applied to the United States for a special permit to gain entry into the country and participate in the upcoming match against Indian Wells and Miami next month. The reason for the request is because the tennis player is not vaccinated against Covid-19, therefore, he cannot enter the country.

“Everything is currently in process. I really want to be there. I am very grateful to the Indian Wells and Miami tournaments and the community for their public support, and they would love for me to be able to play in their tournaments.”
