Having had one of his best seasons, the expectation was that the player would have new opportunities on different teams, with the Los Angeles Clippers and Cleveland Cavaliers looking at the athlete for the composition of the team. However, Timberwolves and Naz Reid’s advisors, since the beginning of the season, have been evaluating the extension of the contract that in recent days has been placed as an urgency.

Recently, in an interview with the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, Naz Reid stated that he would like to renew with his current team: “I really don’t know what to expect from free agency. A lot of information comes from all sides, so you don’t really know what to believe. But I would love to stay. Because leaving everyone here would certainly be a little devastating. The NBA is a business, but I would like us to come to an agreement”.
