Now, Salah stays at least until the next window transfer opens again, when Al-Ittihad can make new offers. The Saudi Pro League side reinforced their squad, by hiring Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kanté and Fabinho.

Salah signed a new contract with Liverpool last season, till the end of 2024, and is the highest-paid player at the club. The coach Jürgen Klopp does not want the star to leave, and treats him as a non-negotiable.
