The team owner said Chris Froome did not value the money that was invested in his career: âHow could we say we had value for money? We’ve hired Chris to be the leader of our Tour de France team and he’s not even here, so that can’t be considered good value for money”.

Sylvan Adams continued to comment on the cyclist’s trajectory, considering all his victories and trajectory in the sport. However, the manager said that if Chris Froome wants to stay on the team, the athlete needs to show results since the cyclist has not taken home a trophy for some time.
âIf he just doesn’t produce results at lower level races, would he really want to remain a pedestrian on our team? That’s up to Chris. He has my personal commitment, he retires as a member of Israel – Premier Techâ, said the team owner. Upon learning that he had been cut from the Tour de France, Chris Froome posted on his social media that he was disappointed about the decision and, so far, his publicist has not commented on the interview.
