Mbappé says he would not renew contract with Paris Saint-Germain

Last Tuesday (13), through a statement to Agence France-Presse, Kylian Mbappé reported that he would not be interested in renewing his contract with Paris Saint-Germain and that he was waiting for the time of his agreement to expire. The player’s speech makes room for the current team to make a sale with a huge amount.

“The board was informed on July 15, 2022 of my decision not to extend beyond 2024, and the letter sent was just to confirm what I already told them,” said the athlete during the statement presented to AFP. During an interview with “La Gazzetta dello Sport”, Mbappé reinforced the idea that he does not want to fulfill another extra year of his contract, which would allow him to be on the field with his current team until 2025.

With his statement, the player would remain at Paris Saint-Germain until July 2024, the end of the season already agreed between both, and in this way, next month of this year, Kylian Mbappé would be able to negotiate with his next team.
