Michelle showed great enthusiasm when speaking to reporters present after taking the oath as a member of the IOC: “I remember when someone asked me, ‘How did you become an actress?’ I used to say, ‘I never dreamed of being an actress, but when I was a kid, I always dreamed of being an Olympic athlete.'”

“Sports were a significant part of my childhood. I was deeply involved in squash, athletics, swimming and diving,” she added. Michelle also plays roles as a producer and has been a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador since 2016. Her commitment focuses on contributing to the eradication of poverty by 2030.
