After the defeat of the Arizona Cardinals against the San Francisco 49ers, with the score of 10 to 38, during the championship in Mexico City, Sean Kugler was released from the team even before the match against the Niners, due to the “incident” that occurred during the Week 11 of the National Football League (NFL).

The news was released on social media by one of the members of the Cardinals, Bob McManaman confirming that the team had released Kugler, “he was sent home the Monday morning before the game”. It is still not known in more details about the real reason for the resignation of the former leader, offensive line coach and coordinator of the Arizona Cardinals.

The information caused estrangement from the media and players, as Sean Kugler is highly respected when it comes to American football and had been on the team since 2019. In his career, he was a coach in the National Football League (NFL), for the Detroit Lions in 2001 to 2005, assistant for Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers and Denver Broncos.
