According to information from the Spanish newspaper “As”, the former couple shared a letter that reinforced the guarantee of the comfort, health and safety of Milan and Sasha, “we have signed an agreement that guarantees the well-being of our children and that will be ratified in court, in the context of a purely formal procedure”.
The decision also allowed the Colombian singer to move with her children to Miami, but to finalize the process she will have to return to another Court to inform her location in Florida and thus, the consolidation of the judicial decision will occur. Piqué will remain in Barcelona.
The former couple met during the 2010 World Cup, which took place in South Africa, and remained together for 12 years. The separation became public in June of this year, when indications began to appear that Gerard Piqué was cheating on Shakira.
