Championship in Belgium canceled due to snow

Step 1 and 2 were impaired

This Wednesday (08), on their social networks, it was announced that the GP Oetingen in Belgium was canceled due to the amount of snow. The competition that would start in early March waited until the last minute to be able to confirm the cancellations of the matches, however, when they realized that all the way, on the roads and in the field, and after receiving a weather alert, the only way out was practice.

For the women’s competition eight WorldTour teams were defined, such as Team DSM, Jumbo-Visma, Human Powered Health, Movistar, Jayco-AlUla, Uno-X, UAE Team ADQ and Fenix-Deceuninck.

Now, with the cancellation of stage 1 and 2, the women’s teams will have to wait for the next matches that will take place this weekend in the Netherlands, and for the Women’s WorldTour.
