With that, with 37 points, 12 assists, 17 rebounds and 6 steals, Jokic set a new record in NBA history. Since steals were included as an official statistic in the 73-74 season, no one has finished a game with such impressive numbers as the Serbian. With this, the star reached his 21st triple-double of the season, totaling 126 in his career.

As a result, all this effort paid off, after all, in the third quarter the Nuggets were 21 points behind on the scoreboard and managed a heroic comeback to win the game 125 to 119. Jokic’s faithful companion, Jamal Murray also had an outstanding performance with 26 points, 12 of which were in the last period of play.
