Therefore, to count on the Cameroonian who was already a two-time All-Star, the Indianapolis team sent Bruce Brown and Jordan Nwora to the Canadian team, in addition to three first Draft picks. As of July, Siakam becomes a free agent.

Siakam, who was NBA champion in 2019, was in his eighth year leading the Raptors, the only team he defended in the American Basketball League. This season, the Cameroonian is averaging 22.2 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game.

“We are extremely excited to welcome Pascal to Indiana. As a two-time All-NBA selection and two-time NBA All Star, Pascal is a player our organization has long admired and respected”.

“We feel his unique set of offensive skills will complement our style of game, while his defensive versatility will be a valuable asset to our team,” said Pacers president Kevin Pritchard.

It’s worth remembering that the Pacers occupy seventh place in the Eastern Conference, with 23 wins and 17 losses. The Raptors, in turn, are in 12th place, with 16 wins and 25 losses.
