On Wednesday (17), “TMZ Sports” reported that the Newport Beach police closed the case, as they found no evidence that incriminated the Oklahoma City Thunder athlete.

Giddey, 21, became the target of a police investigation in November after appearing in videos and photos with a girl who, at the time, was in high school.

As a result, in addition to the Newport Beach police, the NBA also investigated the case. According to “TMZ Sports”, the accusation was closed because everyone involved in the case did not want to talk.

The student and her family also did not want to take the case any further. Even with the accusation, Josh Giddey has been playing normally for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

However, he faced boos from opposing fans on several occasions. The Australian has not commented on the matter since the case was released.
