“Side effects of @tb12sports protein.. mid-August arrives and you start thinking about finding a training camp to attend”, commented the player in the publication. Even with the joke, his followers missed the time when he was active in the sport, since last year, after 23 seasons, he decided to retire from football.

However, in an interview with People magazine, Tom Brady said that he has the goal of continuing to exercise the same restrictive diet that he had while he was a quarterback, in which he avoided ingesting specific food groups such as white sugar, flour, dairy products, iodized salt and caffeine.

“I don’t think it’s a strict regime. I think it’s just trying to make healthy choices that allow me to live the life I want to live. I’ve developed so many healthy habits that I just want to keep them,” said Tom Brady.

Tom Brady began his career in professional sports in the 2000s when he joined the New England Patriots, remaining for 20 seasons, consolidating himself as one of the great names of the National Football League (NFL), and ending his career, the player was transferred to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
