The Spanish Public Ministry filed this Friday (8), in the National Court a complaint against Luis Rubiales, suspended president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), requesting an investigation for the crimes of sexual aggression and coercion.
What is new in the case is the Public Ministry also accusing Rubiales of a second crime, that of coercion. Now, if accepted for processing, the case will be in the hands of one of the six investigating courts of the National Court of Spain.
The newspaper El Español, from Spain, obtained access to the complaint made by the Public Ministry, where it is said that Jenni Hermoso suffered constant and repeated pressure from Luis Rubiales in her professional environment for her to publicly approve the act committed by the president of the Spanish Football Federation during the ceremony.

“The player, as well as her closest environment (family and friends), suffered constant and repeated pressure from Mr. Rubiales in her professional environment, with the aim of justifying and publicly approving the act committed against her will. A situation of harassment”, says the complaint, which the Spanish portal had access to.
Rubiales is suspended from his role as president of the Spanish Federation by Fifa. Last Tuesday, the RFEF, under interim command, announced the dismissal of the national team coach, Jorge Vilda, a supporter of Rubiales.
Now, the court that received the complaint from the Public Ministry must decide whether or not to open a criminal case against Luís Rubiales.
