Athletic Bilbao once again beat Atlético de Madrid in the semi-final of the Copa del Rey. After a 1-0 victory in the Spanish capital, the Basque team scored 3-0 in the second leg, playing at home, this Thursday.

Iñaki Williams opened the scoring after just 13 minutes, hitting a beautiful shot after a cross from his brother, Nico Williams.
At 42, Iñaki got the chance and assisted Nico’s goal, Bilbao’s second. In the second stage, Guruzeta took advantage of a rebound to score the third and put Athletic in the decision.

Now, on April 6, Athletic Bilbao will face Mallorca in the grand final of the Copa del Rey, at the La Cartuja Olympic Stadium, in Sevilla.
Unlike the semifinal, the decision is made in a single game. Mallorca comes from behind to beat Real Sociedad, on penalties, after draws 0-0 and 1-1.
In the round of 16, the Mallorca team defeated Tenerife and in the quarterfinals they eliminated the sensation Girona.
