Max Verstappen was the big winner of the Mexican GP that took place on Sunday (30) at Circuito Hermanos Rodríguez, located in Mexico City. The Dutchman won his 34th marathon, his 14th in a single season and also stood out for breaking records of Michael Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel.

According to the Red Bull Race, Verstappen’s sponsor, a different technique was used for the victory of the last races with the choice of putting on soft tires and anticipating the pit stop of Lewis Hamilton’s stops, who finished the course in second place.

“I never thought I could win 14 races in a season, but of course, I’m incredibly proud. It was another great race but also an incredible season for us as a team,” said Max Verstappen.
