British Cycling announces new competition dates and venues

Champions of the last dispute will be present to guarantee the victory

This week, British Cycling announced the dates and venues that will host the competition in 2023. Derby will be one of the athletes’ destinations on the weekends of August 26th and 27th, as well as Platt Fields, in Manchester, which will be the stage of rounds three and four that will end on the 9th and 10th of September.

During the announcement of the new dates, Dena Greene, organizer of the British BMX Championship, Derby BMX Club, said she was delighted to host the contest, “It’s great to have Derby back on the BMX calendar. We know from past events that the BMX community loves a visit to the Derby BMX track. The British Championship is a brilliant event.”

According to the British Cycling calendar, the first rounds will be on the 1st and 2nd of April at the Cyclopark, Kent. The 3rd and 4th will be at Platt Fields, Manchester Outdoor, 3rd and 4th of June, the national championships, in Gosport, Hampshire, 1st and 2nd of July.
