The 24 years old road racing cyclist is the two-time Tour de France champion

The Clásica Jáen Paraíso Interior may have been Tadej Pogačar’s first race of the season, but the Slovenian showed that he was ready to shoot to a dominant solo victory.

The Slovenian kicked off the new season with a dominant win on gravel in Andalusia, Turner and Wellens completed the podium. The Clásica Jáen Paraíso Interior may have been Tadej Pogačar’s first race of the season, but the Slovenian showed that he was ready to shoot to a dominant solo victory.

Pogačar’s Emirates Team Emirates team controlled the race in the gravel sectors for much of the day, his hard work duly rewarded as he made his move into a 45 km uphill gravel sector before getting to the last rider standing and then going it alone. 9 km later.

The 24-years-old is the two-time Tour de France champion he did well on the challenging 179 km course. He quickly built up a lead of more than a minute over the favorites in short order and predictably stayed clear during the closing circuits of the final 30 km to add another victory to his record.
