“Unfortunately, they didn’t broadcast Milan-San Remo in Slovenia when I was a kid, so I don’t have many memories. But now I can say that I know it well. It’s a race I really like, although I think it’s probably the hardest race to win,” said the cyclist.

The athlete also commented on his main objective this year: recovering the podium and first place in the Tour de France. In addition, he explained that he has a desire to participate in Paris-Roubaix. “I would like to experience Paris-Roubaix someday. And obviously the World Championships are very prestigious, so they are certainly targets for the future, even if winning them can be very difficult,” he concluded.
