Last Wednesday (03), in Johnson County, Missouri, United States, Jackson Mahomes was arrested after being accused of non-consensual assault. The information released by the Kansas City Star newspaper states that the NFL star’s brother, Patrick Mahomes, has been indicted on three counts.

Jackson Mahomes is being held on $100,000 bond and will stand trial on Friday (05). The American’s defense alleges that “every interaction between people needs to be placed in proper context. The release of a short clip from any video does not provide proper context. We have faith in the process and look forward to a speedy resolution of the matter”.

The three crimes that the NFL star’s brother is being indicted took place in February and are related to an accusation by a restaurant owner who claims that Jackson forcibly kissed her and that he assaulted a waiter at the establishment. At the time, the case was investigated by the local police.
