Last Thursday (29), through a statement, Lotto-Dstny stated that the team’s sporting director, Allan Davis, will not be present at this year’s Tour de France. Apparently, the coach’s removal was due to his misconduct on social networks, however, the team did not specify his absence, justifying it only as a “personal case” that needs to be addressed.

“Lotto-Dstny became aware of allegations of transgressive behavior, expressed towards a team sporting director and posted by a person on twitter. Please note that this is a personal case and this has nothing to do with the team. To keep the peace, it was decided by common consent to keep the sporting director out of the Tour de France. The team will not be commenting further on this case and ask to respect the privacy of those involved”.

This week, a woman accused Allan Davis of sending unsolicited images and content through direct messages on a social network. In a statement, the girl stated that she had responded to a comment from the sporting director with the intention of getting a job, however, the coach began to behave badly in social media, putting the woman in an uncomfortable and intimidating situation.
