Despite the absence of Draymond Green, the presence of Klay Thompson, Chris Paul, Jonathan Kuminga and Curry in the spotlight allowed the San Francisco franchise to start the match well. They tried to balance the actions in the first half, but it wasn’t enough. The Lakers took the lead into halftime with scores of 37-32 and 33-31 in the first two periods, resulting in a score of 70-63.

The second half unfolded like a point-to-point duel. LeBron James, who did not return after halftime, watched from the bench as Taurean Prince led the LA team. Even so, the Warriors reacted and took the game tied into the final period, with the score at 100-100.

In the final minutes, both teams chose to rotate players. Even without their main stars on the court, the Warriors secured their second consecutive victory over their rivals.
